1) Netstat -a 1 ( the one will cause 1 second loop modify as needed )
2) Tasklist.exe ( formally TList.exe ) is normally found in
%WinDir%\System32.
3)Not sure. Why do you not just put the executable in the exceptions? this
way you do not have to know the exact ports. ( of course then you are
trusting IS4Yahoo's program to be doing the right thing )
