NIC Card not visible in Device Manager nor Network Connections after SP2 intall.

Hi,

I have this problem... I have just upgraded my Win XP to
SP2 and since then, my NIC Card is not visible in Device
Manager nor Network Connections folder.... I also cannot
connect to the modem... I can only surf the net.

Can anyone help me in this pls?
