You're welcome, Max. Thanks for doing those tests and posting the
results.

In Internet Explorer, click Tools | Internet Options | Connections |
LAN Settings and clear all of the boxes in that window.

If that doesn't solve the problem, I recommend posting a message in
the Internet Explorer news group with the details that you've given
here.
