Yes. XP SP2 enables ICF by default, but ICF will not interfere with
your connection to the 'net via a router. ICF may interfere with
that PC's ability to share files & printers with other PCs on your
LAN; if it does, then configure ICF to allow F&P sharing -- an easy
change with the SP2 flavor of ICF.
