Try:

1. On the Win2k machine, enable the Guest account - Right click My Computer
and select Manage - go to Local Users and Groups.

2. Go to Administrative Tools/Local Security Policy. Expand Local Policies
and click on User Rights Assignment. Double click on Access this computer
from the network, and add the Guest account.
