Unable to disconnect internet

Hi
Im running windows Xp Sp1 and had trouble with the
msblast worm a few months ago. But it was cleaned and
there were no traces of viruses left on my computer ..
But a few days after I cleaned the virus my computer
freezed when trying to disconnect from the internet.
Shutting down didnt help because it totally froze when
saying:
'Closing network connections'
I think these errors (found in the event viewer) have
something to do with it, because they occured at the same
moment:
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction
response from the SharedAccess service.
Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction
response from the ShellHWDetection service.
The COM+ Event System detected a bad return code during
its internal processing. HRESULT was 80070005 from line
44 of d:\nt_qxp\com\com1x\src\events\tier1
\eventsystemobj.cpp. Please contact Microsoft Product
Support Services to report this error

I've looked on the internet, but there were no solutions
to this problem
