Hi.
Wireless sharing of Internet with DialUp and software NAT is very "Iffy".

Look at Option3 on the is page: http://www.ezlan.net/DialUp.html

Try to find a Wireless cable/DSL Router with a serial port and run a
Hardware NAT.
