I am having a real annoying problem, I am experiencing sever "lag"
when on-line viewing websites or playing on-line games recently and it
appears to originate from something on my machine that is creating
lots of outbound (or are they inbound) connections. TCPView reports
several active entries like this...

System:4 TCP dell8100:microsoft-ds
dial81-135-102-237.in-addr.btopenworld.com:1488 ESTABLISHED
System:4 TCP dell8100:microsoft-ds
dial81-135-103-187.in-addr.btopenworld.com:1047 ESTABLISHED
System:4 TCP dell8100:microsoft-ds
host81-153-144-252.range81-153.btcentralplus.com:3489 ESTABLISHED

I have no idea what these are, but it looks like they are pointing to
non-commercial machines on a BT Broadband connection. I have Panda
Anti-virus which does not detect any Trojans, I have run Spyware
Search & Destroy which has found nothing and I have examined the
system with HijackThis and have found nothing out of the ordinary.

I'm on an ISDN circuit so not always on-line and this makes me wonder
if they are incoming DOS attacks how do they know when I am connected
its almost as if it is a app on my machine waiting until it can see
the Internet

Thanks for your time,

APE
