WEP 128 bit encryption problem

Hi, Robert -
The WiFi configuration options in Windows XP are largely
based on the OS querying the hardware to determine its
capabilities. If the configuration menu won't accept 26
characters it's likely the hardware doesn't support an
encryption key that long. I've had the same problem with
Gateway laptops and am still working on a solution.
Sorry I didn't have a better answer but my only
suggestion is to contact HP.
