Got pc's to see each other, share printer on 98, share files on designated sharedfolders. What I would like to do is be able to backup drives on one pc to the other and maybe same with drive images, + general file and disk sharing, so I'd like to map and share network drives, more than just share a single folder. Can I do this with XP as a workgroup, which I would like to do, or do I need to create a domain and figure out how to get pc on 98SE on domain? If workgroup works OK, how do I go about sharing drives, please?

You can do everything with a workgroup. You can't set up a domain,
since that requires a computer running a server operating system -- XP
and 98SE are client operating systems.

To share a drive, open My Computer, right-click the drive, and share
it just like you would share a folder.
