OK, thank you very much for your help here, looks like I
will get the problem solved, but Im stuck at this line:
Select use DHCP on this page now, click ok
Where is this option? Here is what I see under TCP/IP
and under the advanced tab, where it says DHCP is
enabled. At this point, it still has the IP address
conflict that wont allow me to turn on ICS.

>Easy one this fortunatly, it looks like your network
card that works (lan) has allready go the addres
192.168.0.1 manually assigned to it, however ICS NEEDS
this address to configure itself. Easiest way to solve
this is to change the ip address of the Lan car to
something else. However if the lan card also needs this
address then you can......

properties / tcpip) and make a note of them so you can

tcpip for the wifi card, notice how it's setup for
192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0, change this to
192.168.1.1/255.255.255.0 OK out

connection with goto the wifi cards properties/tcpip, and
setup it up manually for ip 192.168.1.2/255.255.255.0
with default gateway of 192.168.1.1 and dhcp address of
192.168.1.1 and it should work.
