D-link PCMCIA card on a laptop PROBLEMS

How are you installing this? Are you running the
installation pgm? if so try this:
pull out the card, boot up laptop, after it is up install
the card, when XP finds the card tel it to search your CD-
Rom. After it completes, if it completes install the SW,
it has a shortcut that it places in startup that it needs,
you might want to try it first without installing the SW.
