ANS: Yes, we are on a domain. Unfortunately I am the
Administrator and I have not made any custom group policy
settings. My settings in this problematic PC are the
same with the rest of our PCs.

ANS: We're not on VPN and no VPN icon exists in the
network connection properties.

ANS: Yes, I can ping IP address and fqdn such as
www.yahoo.com

ANS: When in LAN, we use manual and provides the IP
address, DNS and Gateway. I believe they are all valid
and have tried releasing and putting them back but same
problem. Here's the result of the ipconfig /all:
