I have set up a LAN in the office consisting of 3 PC's
all using XP Pro, connecting through a lynksys router and
modem. This worked fine for a while, but at some point
one of the PC's stopped letting the others access its
files. It brings up a message telling me to contact the
administrator. The other two can file transfer no
problem. The problem PC which we use as a server, has the
same settings as far as i can tell as the others. The SFS
is enabled, the guest account on with a password. The
root of the drive is shared, and there are no software
firewalls. I tried a point to point connection between
the server and another PC and the same problem still
occured.
Any help please?
