I have a wired network on two computers. one on XP home and one on XP Pro. Both can connect to the internet through the router with my cable connection and the XP Pro can See both computers. the XP home does not see the other and the XP pro cannot access shared files on the XP home. I read some of the answers but I do not see local security policy on the XP home computer to try to change the user rights. What can I do? Also I think what ever is happening is not allowing me to use application sharing on MSN messenger on the XP home computer but I can use it with a buddy on XP pro computer. if anyone has an answer on it I would appreciate that as well.
