Greetings Wayne,

The Windows XP ICF by default will block file and printer sharing if it is
enabled. Disable the XP firewall while troubleshooting and if you're running
any third party firewalls such as ZoneAlarm, Sygate, or Norton Internet
Security make sure it is properly configured and not blocking access between
the machines. Enable NetBIOS over TCP/IP on all computers. Details here.
