Greetings --

    If there are no user accounts for the users of other PCs to use,
they will _not_ be able to access the WinXP machine. WinXP, even the
Home edition, is a descendent of the WinNT family of operating
systems. Don't make the mistake of expecting it to be as completely
unsecure as a Win98 machine.
