ePIC modem/router - cannot acess router (WinXP)

I have been locked out of my router. My housemate was a
bit impatient with the submit button when resetting the
router back to factory defaults ! (Just got it up an
runnin right). It kicked him out and when he tried to log
on the default account and password would not be accepted
(neither would the only other password weve used). Now the
router config page aint found (10.0.0.2), so I cant access
the router settings. the WAN is down aswell. I tried
installing it on USB and it isnt detected at all ? The LAN
appears to be functioning fine..

How can I access the Router ?
