Hi, Does the folder belong to your user account?
You may also want to check the following:
-Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
-Click Performance and Maintenance, click Administrative
Tools, expand Services and Applications, and then double-
click Services.
-Right-click the Server service, and then click Start.

What is the sharing status of the folder?

>On a small home workgroup of XP Pro & Home systems,
using a 4 node hub, a "grayed out" check in the 'Make
this folder private' check box is preventing me (the
administrator) from unchecking the box. I beleive it is
preventing me from allowing some files to be copied
between members of the workgroup. How do I remove the
check from that box?
