How you configure the firewall depends on which one you're using. Windows built in? Or 3rd party?
For the Windows firewall, look in Help and Support for Firewall. Basically you need to map the port to the IP address of the computer itself. I can't give you specifics, since I'm running SP2 on all of my computers here, and don't have the same interface you do.
Does your ADSL hub have a built in firewall? If not, you might want to consider purchasing one that does. As long as your careful about what you download and install, and keep your AV software up to date, a hardware firewall will protect you from outside attacks. Then you don't need the internal firewall on your computer.
