Greetings Sheryl,

You're not the only one with this problem but there is a workaround.
Usually, these errors occur due to printer even though your printer is
functioning properly. Open the Command Prompt and stop the Spooler Service
before running the Network Setup Wizard. Here's what you do:

1. Open the Command Prompt.
2. At the command prompt, type "net stop spooler". Then press ENTER.
3. Run the Network Setup Wizard again to complete the network setup.
4. After you are finished, then restart the spooler service. To restart the
spooler service, open the Command Prompt and type "net start spooler". Then
press ENTER.
