I have had the same problem as well with XP. I have Verizon DSL, and
all was woring great. Then the intermittent stuff started, and then
bam no go. It is not a router problem for I have both Llinux and Win98
on this box, and they work flawlessly with the router and internet
connections. It is a XP Pro networking issue, and I have done
everything at this point. I am now connecting straight to the modem
when I use XP, and the router (most of the time) when running linux. I
can't see why Bill Gates is getting so worried about an operating
system that actually works (lol).
