 Chuck, I just came home and disabled Norton and first my
good computer appeared. Next my trouble computer also
appeared on the my network place. I donno how to open the
ports you mentioned, As far as I tried to configure
norton security, there is a properties box with a
firewall tab, in that there is an option called HTTP
ports list. do i need to add these ports to that list ?
enlighten me. you think were would i can enable / disable
firewall ? is it the stuff that comes automatically while
creating a dial up connection ?
regarding the email, that is a junk email. i dont mind if
it is flooded . thanks for concern. just
enlighten me on the ports thing and i will stop bugging
