I have a home wifi network with laptop and desktop via
ADSL router/AP both running XPHome. I can ping any
computer from the other. I can access the internet from
both. I can access network drives on desktop from laptop
and desktop. However I have lost the ability to access
the network drives on my laptop from either computer.
When I try I get a Windows error 'Not enough server
storage available to process the command. The drive has
not been restored'. I have never had any resource problem
with th laptop before and there seems to be 40-80Mb of
free memory available according to Task manager.
If I startup in safe mode with networking all works ok. I
have tried removing some services and startup items but
to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas as to where to
look.
Peter
