TCP/IP transport is not installed (mobile divice)

After i plug in my dv camera via firewire im unable to
browse or send recieve emails and i get the above
message. If i disconnect the camera and reboot, i still
get the same message, the only way to get around it is do
a system restore.

After the system restore, the internet connection is
fine....until i plug the camera in again..........surely
i dont have to do continual system restores everytime i
conect my camera....?
