Networking problem with XP

Uninstall the card and check for conflicts in device
manager, After you uninstall the card shut the pc down for
about 30 seconds and then power up. Let window detect the
card and it should ask for drivers. Point the wizard to
the new drivers from Dell. Then reset your router
