Greetings Leo,

Make sure the XP's firewall is disabled. It will block file and printer
sharing by default. If you installed a third party firewall such as
ZoneAlarm, Norton, or Sygate, make sure it is properly configured and not
blocking access between the machines. Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP on all
machines.

Enable NetBIOS Over TCP/IP (NetBT)

removed all the printer drivers under the file drop down in Printers and
Faxes in Control Panel. The network wizard now works. However, I've still
got a problem in that I can't access the new network on this computer. I'm
told it's there but not available I need permission from an administrator.
I am set up as administrator on the computer.
