I have 2 computers running XP Home Ed. they are connected
to Internet via cable modem and a hub so they each get a
different IP address (and a different subnet, gateway,
etc) they cannot see each other for file and printer
sharing. I can ping each machine by number and name
(added name to HOSTS and LMHOSTS). Each machine can see
internet. I would like to share a printer and files.
When I had them connected on LAN using a Linksys router
they shared fine (I had other problems with multiple
VPN's). Can you help???

Thanks in advance.
