I am currently having a problem with setting up my new
wireless router (Linksys BEFW11S4). When I get the
connection up I have internet access for several minutes
and then I lose it (but I still have 100% signal). This
happens whether I am on the wireless card or hardwired
into the router. When talking to Linksys support they
had me check ipconfig, and I get an error message which
they think is the problem and said to ask here about. I
also get the error message if I plug my computer staight
into my LAN ethernet port. It says: "Windows IP
Configuration. An internal error occurred: A device
attached to the system is not functioning. Please
contact Microsoft Product Support Services for further
help. Additional information: Unknown media status
code." Any help on how to fix this would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you very much.

Phil
