You have two tasks:
1. Set up a Virtual Network Connection: that can be easy or hard
depending on
who you talk to. You might want to start with the help desk/knowledge
base at your respective ISP's.
2. Set up a linked table/database for Access. That's pretty
easy/straightforward
if you have your PC's already networked.
