Did you try my first suggestion?

If none of the connections show "Shared", what tells you that
something turned on ICS?

The ICS option only appears in the Advanced tab when all of these are
true:

1. There are at least two enabled, connected network connections: one
for the Internet, and one or more for the LAN.

2. The Internet Connection Firewall is disabled on the LAN
connection(s).

3. The Internet connection isn't bridged.
