I can even ping the printer server. I can't see it to add a network printer. The printer server sees my PC and when I double clicked my icon, I get "The Network Path was not found.".

Ray,
You say you can ping the printer server, but can't see it. Can you ping it by
both name and ip address, and get a return?
Does your company have any firewalls blocking your connection? Does IT know
you're trying to do this?
What OS is your PC? The printer server? Is it a workgroup, or domain
authentication?
Cheers,
Chuck
Paranoia comes from experience - and is not necessarily a bad thing.
