Tony, Neil, and Jon,

Has anyone gotten a solution to this WorkGroup issue? I have similar
problem.

I have a 2 desktop, and 1 laptop wired LAN running TCP/IP on all 3
machines.
They can ping, and netroute one another just fine, but.

1) Desktop: Windows 2000 Professional (Wired to Linksys Cable Router)
2) Desktop: Windows NT Server 4 (No domain setup)
3) Laptop: Windows XP Home

1) sees 2); 3) cannot see either 1) or 2).
2000Pro, and NTS4 machines have icons in Microsoft Network of Windows
Explorer for XP Home machine, but cannot see its' resources.

Are all part of Workgroup (of the same name). Two desktops see each
other on Microsoft Network, workgroup great, and can see each others
files/folders, and shared printer. The laptop running Windows XP Home
cannot see icons for other two machines in Workgroup, nor, obviously,
their fileshares.

What's the problem here?
