Does your LAN applies a Hidden AP protocol [ I forgot what is the formal
name :) ] or MAC filtering ?
Also have you disabled the Windows XP control over the card and use the
control s/ware from the card ?
sometimes the 0-config function of XP actually mess things up.
Lastly ... is there a chance your AP is not properly working ?
[or your NIC can't goto 11b protocol ( which is impossible, but might
happen) ]
