If that device is *really* a hub, and not a router, then it is
likely your problem. I doubt if it is a hub, since it is wireless,
but in case, see: http://home.comcast.net/~bobwbsgs/homenet.txt

If your device is a router, then check that it has DHCP server
enabled, and that all PCs are set up as DHCP clients. Then, just
to verify, on each PC, Run CMD and enter IPCONFIG/ALL in the CMD
window; check that all PCs are in the same IP subnet -- you should
see IPA=a.b.c.d, with a.b.c the same for all and the d's unique.

With all PCs in the same IP subnet, and using the same workgroup
name, and with ICF disabled on all, and TCP/IP enabled, and NetBEUI
and IPX/SPX disabled, and NetBIOS over TCP/IP enabled, and F&P sharing
and Client for M$nets enabled, you should be able to PING every PC
from every other PC, both PING-by-number and PING-by-name.
