Hi,

If you're unable to ping yourself at 127.0.0.1 then there's an issue with
your networking.
Have you tried uninstalling the network card and then reinstalling it?
You don't have to physically uninstall the network card just uninstall the
drivers from Device Manager and then restart the computer and let it
reinstall the drivers all over again. Once this is done try reconfiguring
your network settings again.
