two users and explorer problem

Hi, I have two users created in my Windows XP. But one day I don`t know how in my limited user account explorer does not show the web anymore. Conection is working all ok but explorer shows nothing. Weird is that MSN Messenger is working????!!!! What seems to be the problem. Thaks!
