Ron,

NBT is NetBIOS over TCPIP. That is the default protocol for File
Sharing for WinNT/2K/XP, and for Win98/ME (I'm not sure about 95).

If the majority of your systems fall in that category, NBT is the
protocol you should use. The best way I know of to activate it is to
un install NetBEUI, Client For Microsoft Networks, and File and
Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks. Then re install the latter
two.

If you are successful, your ipconfig should not contain "NetBIOS over
Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Disabled".
