Yes it does work. Here is my setup. Win2003 server connected to cable modem. It has two NICs. One connected to the modem and the other the hub. It enabled ICF and ICS. I have a Win2k Pro and a SUN box connected to the hub. On the Win2003 Server I have configured ICF to forward requests to 8181 to 80 on the Win2k Pro box and 8282 to 80 on the SUN box. the Win2k Pro box worked no probs and the SUN box worked after I configured some network settings. I would make sure that port 80 is not in use on your machine connected to the cable modem. Hope this helps.
