ICS and port-forwarding

Does port forwarding work in XP? I have a broadband modem
connected to a host computer, which is in turn connected to
a hub, which has two client computers connected to it. The
internet connection sharing features work fine, and each
computer can see the others and share files, printers, etc.

One client computer is running a web-server, and the host
and other client can access the content from this server
(either by it's name or internal (192.168.0.2) IP address).
However, once the host is setup to forward TCP port 80 to
the client web-serving machine (by name), the web server is
unaccessable to the outside world by entering the IP
visible to the outside world.

My ISP does allow web-servers on port 80, if a server is
setup on the *host* machine and the outside world visible
IP is entered in a browser then the server is visible and
serves content.

This leads me to think that the problem is in the
port-forwarding, or its' setup. Any help greatly appreciated!!
