Cannot receive packets!

When I connect to a wireless network, the connection is
valid and I do get a valid IP address via DHCP.

However, I can send packets but am not able to receive
packets as a result of which, I cannot operate on the
network.

Earlier, I wasn't able to get a valid IP either and I used
WinsockXP Hotfix but now, though I have a valid IP, I
can't recieve packets.

Please help!
shreya.
