That error can be caused by Norton Antivirus. The problem is on the machine
you are attempting to connect to. It's not on the machine you see the error.
Check for an eventID 2011 in the Even Viewer. If so, you need to change the
IRPStackSize as indicated in the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Article.
