Windows Media Player 11 help!!!!!!!! PLZ!!!

hey everyone

acouple weeks ago my WMP 11 stop working and now i cant add or even
make a playlist or even save a song in my WMP 11

ive tired to delete the currentdatabase_360 from "%USERPROFILE%\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media
Player\CurrentDatabase_360.wmdb

but everytime i try to delete it, it tells me that another program is
using it still and i have shut down everything ... can anyone tell me
what im doing wrong here or what program is still using it? i just
want to listen to my music again without having to click on every song
from the folder
