The Rip Location is listed under Tools > Options > Rip Music (YMMV with different versions of WMP).
You can also do a regular Windows Search from the Start Menu, ensuring that you include hidden and system folders in the search path.

I am able to rip music from my CDs but I can't locate the music - its not in
My Music where it should be. Where is it and how do I locate it ?
