i have a problem to copy or sync my mp3 files to the sansa m240 player.
it say an error "file using by another program or doesn´t exist" when i

to copy as a flash driver. And it abort de sync while trying to copy by
windows media 10.
do you know how to do it?


You could try downloading updated drivers here :

Uninstall old ones, install the new ones, plug in the device only when
asked.
