Re: Mini disc to Media Player?

I'll do that!
But I can't rename a WAV-file, apparently. So I changed it in to a WMA-file
(all this abbreviations and I do not have a clue what they are and why it's
SO complicated).
Anyway: thanks again!
greetings from Holland,
Pieter

Hi John Jay,
Thanks ever so much: it works! Bravo. I'm not too familiar with folders
and
where the recordings go to, but I was able to copy it to MediaPlayer.
Can't
change the name etc but I'll work that out in due course.

greetings,
Pieter

This must be possible -I think: I have a Sony MiniDisc Deck (a big one,
not a
Walkman kind of thing) and I would love to put some of my MD to my
computer.
And maybe on to a CD.
I have a simple soundcard (no optical in or out) so I plug the red and
white
plug into the OUT red and white of the MD and the little black plug
into
the
BLUE thing of my soundcard.
No I can hear my MD's through my computer speakers but I can't find
anywhere
how to get in onto my computer.
MediaPlayer does not recognize my Sony -although I press F5. Twenty
times,
actually...

Any suggestions, apart from buying a soundcard with optical in/out?

Thanks,
Pieter
