Sounds like it must be a common problem; I have the same with Scott MX 92
FTR. I can not connect to any of four Win XP + SP2 systems yet they read
flash memory sticks and other (cheap!) MP3 players. www.audioscott.com offer
no assistance or even acknowledgement of e-mails. I have just bought mine
but can only load through a memory card - almost USELESS!
