Music manager wont save bought tracks.
Clicking on buy changes it to a tick and buy moves bottom right to where
download icon starts to scroll continuously.
Download history shows succesfull permanent download and purchase price is
deducted from account but there is no trace of the track in any folder ,music
library or download schedule.Clicking on recover all has no effect.
I seem to be missing a connection between "buy" and download/save as/save in.
MSN support have suggested many possible remedies but non have worked.
Is it possible for me to have deleted a critical file by accident or is this
a common problem.
