MP3 Album information for WMP9

Here is my problem. I have ripped files to MP3 format using RealPlayer
(10?). I then want to play and manage the files with Windows Media Player
9. These files play fine but when I try to retrieve the album info using
the "Find Album Info" command (RealPlayer's info is less accurate) I
sometimes get "Featue Not Available" message. This does not happen for all
albums and I think sometimes if I copy the files to a different computer it
works. Now I have tried checking the file permissions and using a different
3rd party tag editor, neither of which seems to be the problem. I really
need to keep using the MP3 format for some other hardware I have and I would
rather not pay for a plug-in that is not supported by MS. I am using
Windows XP Home and Pro and WMP 9.

Thanks
