Can't get any sound.

Ive got an integrated soundcard with Realtek AC97 drive.
however i dont get any sound, i've checked all the
settings and reinstalled the drive and checked for
updates but nothing.

Nothing is wrong with my headphones or anything, I just
can't understand what the problem can be.
